Season Highlights
Stampede Track Club had another phenomenally successful season in 2009. Over 45 Stampede athletes qualified for the Jr. Olympics. At the conclusion of the Jr. Olympics Games, Stampede Track Club athletes had secured 1 National Record, 3 Gold medals, 1 Silver medal, 12 Top 10 finishes, and 13 Top 20 finishes. Stampede Track Club was also the dominant track team competing at the 2009 TAAF (Texas Amateur Athletic Federation) Summer Games of Texas meet, which is Texas’ state championship meet for youth track & field).
